Health as a pursuit: You are done with how you feel! You are now ready to pursue lifelong new habits that change you and your health, permanently, by creating lifelong health. As a practitioner, lecturer, and teacher. I have worked with thousands of people over the last 20 years helping them find a custom made protocol to achieve their health goals. What motivates me to keep going are the clients who have achieved their health goals and have maintained them for years. They are clients who are willing to do what it takes to make a positive shift in their life to get out of the lifestyle of:

I have pursued my personal health challenges with the mentality of perseverance, positive upward moving shifts, and a never give up mentality - no matter how hard it is. I have conquered many health challenges from depression, loss of gallbladder, female pelvic issues, Lyme, Epstein Barr, Long Covid, anxiety, gastritis and ulcers.

I am passionate about my work and my clients. I love helping clients reach breakthroughs and create positive shifts that last a lifetime!

Champion Chiropractic Center opened in 1992. I love working with patients of all ages. From the infant that is having difficulty nursing to the teen with sports injuries to adults with headaches, shoulder pain, foot pain, and back pain from living an active life. My goal is to educate you about your condition and then show you how you can get better faster. I use very gentle, non twisting, techniques to adjust my patients. I use the activator and Thompson Drop piece tables to help me adjust you with out the “popping” sounds. When I am not working I enjoy kayaking, hiking, racquetball, and building things in the shop.
